**The
monthly payment shown above includes, in addition to space rent, approximately
$40.68/month for sewer, trash & fees, which includes $12.30 trash, $23.55
sewer, $2.00 1987 Paramedic fee, $2.33 2004 Paramedic Fee, $0.50 HCD utility
facilities/meter charge. You’ll
also pay for the actual utilities (gas/water/electric) which you use.
